Minutes of the March 2022 meeting were read by Raven and accepted as read.
The Treasure’s report was read by Roy.
Correspondence:
Posters for food drive, food drive information, and cards for food drive.
Old Business:
Online training was completed by Clint, Roy, Bian, Juve and Kelly.
Food drive is coming up on May 13th. Clerks will be wearing food drive promoting shirts to help raise awareness to customers. Cards were received and need to be counted and shipped out. We need to discuss with other offices when cards for food drive should be sent out.
Covid restrictions were extended to May 6th.
New Business:
If attending events or visiting other offices, masks and vaccine cards will be required.
City route 17 was awarded to Mike Jensen.
T-6 was awarded to Sue Milnes.
Both effective April 23rd.
Spring training will be taking place April 23rd and 24th.
Kelly made a motion to send Brian, Juve, Clint and Raven. Paying 250$/day plus applicable mileage and per diem paid prior to training for Juve, Clint, and Raven. Seconded by Mike. Motion passed.
Kelly made a motion for the branch to pay for three separate rooms for one night in Grand Island. Roy seconded this motion. Motion passed.

New CCA Braden Rump seems to be doing well.
Grievances:
CCA Matt from Tekamah grievance still under investigation.
Quarterly overtime was equalized for Dale K. there was no cash payment.
