Minutes of the September 2022 meeting were read by Raven and accepted as read.
The Treasurer’s report was read by Roy.

Final notice for arbitration for Tekamah CCA.
Old Business:
Raven and Chad both agreed to the 15th of January as the set date for the holiday party. Options of prime rib, chicken or fish.
Brian received notification for zoom renewal.
Kelly made a motion to continue to zoom for another year not to exceed 200$. Kim seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Kelly made a motion to pay delegates 250$ a day for two days for fall training. Kim seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The 90$ raise for officers starts on next quarter’s pay.
Kelly made a motion to pay raven and Brian 50$ for the presidents meeting. Kim seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Pins and gold cards will be distributed at fall training.
Kelly made a motion for the union to pay for donuts on the 29th of October for our special guest Teegarden and Kim Not to exceed 60$. Juve seconded the motion. Motion passed.

Nominations for branch officers:
Kelly nominated Brian for Branch President. Brian accepted this nomination and was appointed by acclamation.
Kelly nominated Raven for Vice president and recording secretary. Raven accepted and was appointed by acclamation.
Kelly nominated Clint for treasurer and financial secretary. Clint accepted and was appointed by acclamation.
Kelly nominated Chad for sergeant at arms. Chad accepted and was appointed by acclamation.
Brian nominated Jenny, Brenda and Lori as trustees. All three accepted and were appointed by acclamation.
New Business:
Raven made a motion to pay Lori and Brenda 50$ each for time spent on the election committee. Kelly seconded the motion. Motion passed.
