Bylaw changes:
Change #1: adding Mutual Benefit association representatives and LCPF representatives to the vice president’s duties. Motion passed on bylaw change unanimous.
Change #2: language about election of officers. Motion passed on bylaw change unanimous.
Change #3: continuing branch meetings via zoom. Motion passed on bylaw change unanimous.
Old And New Business:
Food drive will take place on May 13th.
Food drive cards are in and need to be sent out.
Raven and Tonya will be in charge of sending out food drive cards and will also be doing radio advertisements.
Code 3524 is the new code for the door, it has been changed for safety concerns.
Sioux City voted unanimously to merge with branch 89. We will be voting on this merge in May for our branch.

Kelly made a motion to pay 109$/ day for hotels for Chad, Raven, and Clint along with 250$/ day plus per diem for attendance to the state convention. Chad seconded. Motion passed.
Grievances:
Grievance has been won for noncompliance in equalizing over time, Becky was awarded 1300$ and Dale was awarded 500$
