Minutes of the January 2023 meeting were read by Brian and accepted as read.
The Treasurer’s report was read by Clint.

Letter from headquarters regarding dispensation of in person meetings.

Old Business:
There has been growing concern regarding safety and attacks on mail carriers.
Holiday party took place, and it was a wonderful turn out.
Rap session will be taking place March 10th-12th.
Raven and Juve will be signing up for their classes soon.
Brian will be taking a lobby trip to Washington DC.
New business:
Kelly made a motion to reimburse Roy Alchorn mileage for his attendance to the holiday party. Roy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Kelly made a motion to pay Raven and Brian 50$/hr for attending the presidents meeting. Roy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Kelly made a motion to reimburse Clint mileage for training, two trips totalling 140 miles. Chad seconded the motion. Motion passed.

Kelly made a motion to move to Anne’s bookkeeping for our books. Roy seconded motion passed.
Language needs to be changed for the election of officers to be discussed at next month’s meeting. Along with a change of bylaws to allow us to continue zoom meetings opposed to in person.
Grievances:
Quarterly overtime. Management has failed to equalize overtime with city carriers Becky and Dale.
Volumes are not being recorded correctly.
