Our Christmas party will be held on January 15th.
Christmas letter was sent out.
Last quarterly pay included union pay raise.
Many changes were made made to mailing addresses for members.
Wahoo was selected for a new route inspection process to take place this spring.

New CCA is being trained.
Roy made a motion for the purchase of stationary for holiday party invitations in the amount of $79.43 and payment to junior stewards Madison and Bailey for their assistance in mailing invitations in the amount of 15$ per junior, totalling $109.43 Kelly seconded. Motion passed.
New business:
Anthony discussed WPE & GPO, how it is unfair to CSRE’s and discussed the federal retirement fairness act and the letter carrier political fund.
Kelly made a motion to send Juve and Brian and a third party TBD to regional branch training March 11th-12th in Kansas City and to be paid 250$ per day plus per diem. Mike seconded. Motion passed.
Kelly made a motion to send Brian, Clint, Raven and Chad to the convention in Omaha April 14th-16th and to be paid 250$ per day plus per diem. Jenny seconded. Motion passed.
Kelly made a motion to pay Brenda & Heidi for completion of the annual leave board as follows: 350$ for Hiedi and 150$ for Brenda. Chad seconded. Motion passed.
Kelly made a motion to add Brian to the trainers list due to staffing issues. (motion not passed failure to second.)
Grievances:
Outrageous amounts of overtime. December is no penalty month, no grievances to be settled.
