New Business:
Kelly made a motion to purchase gifts for our special guests at our christmas party not to exceed 100$. Mike seconded. Motion passed.
Kelly made a motion to purchase 6 stocking caps for our pantry not to exceed 100$. Chad seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Our debit cards expire soon, new ones have been ordered. Branch officers will need to go to the bank to activate their new bank cards.
Grievances:
Since October 17 grievances have been filed most of which are 12/60 violations, violation on a medical restrictions and forced over time in incorrect order, majority of which have been settled and paid.
